To save a few precious grams on the Defender 16 and Defender 20, the manufacturer iFlight has chosen to install DJI O3s in “naked” or “lite” versions. These are O3s that have been stripped of the superfluous.
Trouble?
The camera is also lighter, and removing its case removes the lugs which allow you to install one of the filters provided for the O3 and the DJI Avata.
Solution?
iFlight markets a kit of 3 ND filters (ND8, ND16 and ND32) specially designed for the iFlight O3 Lite. They measure 16,4 x 16,4 x 5,2 mm and weigh approximately 0,8 grams.
The price ?
Count $14 directly on the iFlight website (excluding postage, excluding taxes).
